Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Academic Officer and Director of Academics in managing assigned instructors and facilities in assigned region(s).
• Supervise instructors and ensure they adhere to company policies.
• Interview prospective instructors.
• Partner with human resources during the onboarding process to ensure that all new hires complete the necessary paperwork and receive applicable training.
• Help schedule and confirm instructors for future classes.
• Partner with Laboratory Supervisor in training laboratory staff.
• Identify potential issues and recommendations for resolution management.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners and communicate with them accordingly.
• Monitor NHA and curriculum pass rates.
• Assist with the scheduling of national exams and CPR.
• Adhere to CLIA standards.
• Oversee the drug screening process.
• Partner with the Vice President of Operations to manage classroom inventory and deliveries.
• Provide the necessary customer service required for ongoing student/client satisfaction.
• Establish relationships with nearby medical facilities for students to complete the clinical portion of the program.
• Communicate with externship sites and resolve issues as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• SPECIALIZED SOFTWARE OR SKILLS
  • MS Office 365 Suite, CRM software
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
• YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• 4 years’ experience working in education institutions, healthcare, or related field.
• CTE Teaching experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
