Job Description And Duties

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II, Supervisory (Programming/Project Delivery Support Manager), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (TransNet Analyst/Project Manager Assistant) performs full-journey-level analytical work requiring independent judgment in the development, administration, and monitoring of complex funding strategies for District capital projects. The incumbent applies advanced technical expertise to ensure fiscal accountability through budget forecasting, inter-agency agreement management, and compliance oversight across multi-funded Corridors projects. This position serves as a critical analytical resource by providing data-driven recommendations, coordinating with local, state, federal, and other external agencies, safeguarding project viability though financial analysis that directly impacts programming decisions.

  • Explain how you have evaluated issues or data to identify problems, recommend solutions, and follow through with implementation. Include how you prioritized work, assessed progress, ensured accuracy, and verified that all necessary steps were completed in a task.
  • Describe your experience working with budgets, financial reports, or fiscal tracking. Include your familiarity with state or federal funding processes, invoicing procedures, project accounting, or expenditure projections. Highlight how you gathered, analyzed, and presented financial data to support your decision-making or recommendations.
