The purpose of the Dishwasher is to wash and sanitize all dishes in the Bistro. During down times, the Dishwasher may be called upon to help in any area of the Bistro.
This position is a part-time hourly position consisting of 2 days a week, Sunday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and Wednesday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and some special events.

- Washes and sanitizes dishes
- Returns clean and dried dishes to their storage areas
- At end of shift, drains dish machine and compartment seats
- Cleans and sanitizes dish machine and compartment sinks
- Cleans and sanitizes all work areas in dish room
- Cleans and sanitizes all carts
- Other duties as assigned – all other duties will be assigned by Director.
