What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds/Maintenance position at Cambridge-Isanti School District 911?
Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required. Successful background check required.
Boiler engineer's license required within 90 days of hire.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Working knowledge of lawn care and grounds maintenance, knowledge of department equipment, ability to safely work with cleaning products and mechanical machinery, ability to repair and maintain custodial and grounds maintenance equipment and HVAC knowledge.

Specific Tasks:
Replace HVAC unit filters and air conditioning filters, perform boiler repair, repair and maintain mechanical equipment (pneumatic tools,engines, motors,compressors,etc) repair and maintain fans and roof top exhaust units and perform basic service on grounds equipment. 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
