We are seeking an experienced individual for an Accounts Payable Specialist role to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Duties

Summary

Duties
- Process electronic and hardcopy submittals generated by site personnel
- Process timely and accurate payment of property expenses
- Assist in the oversight of property cash flow including required bank account transfers
- Reconcile bank statements
- Responsible for stale-dated check processing
- Process replacement reserve withdrawal requests
- Maintain electronic files
- Process monthly health insurance billing
- Assist business records maintenance
- Process monthly health insurance invoices
- Process property payroll reimbursements
- Assist with payable records management and filing
- A.S. degree in Accounting or a minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Yardi experience
