What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wilson® Certified Teacher position at Cambridge School?
Cambridge School is seeking a Wilson® Certified Teacher to teach elementary and middle school students Wilson® language, writing and reading.
Cambridge School is an independent K-12 special education school for children who have been diagnosed with language-based learning disabilities — such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, auditory processing disorder, ADHD and executive function challenges, among others.
Located in Pennington, New Jersey, Cambridge School focuses on providing the most positive educational opportunities for students by catering to each child’s personal strengths and learning style. Students with learning disabilities require individualized attention, and Cambridge School offers a unique curriculum that is specifically designed to help students overcome their challenges while supporting and encouraging the pursuits in which they excel.
We welcome resumes from dynamic and passionate educators and therapists who have experience, or a desire to work with bright children with learning disabilities — or as we prefer to say, learning differences. We seek team players who can join and contribute to our highly collaborative environment. At Cambridge School, each teacher is trained as a language specialist and is provided with continuing education and certification in research-based programs. Cambridge School faculty members are expert and caring professionals who reap the rewards of making a difference in the lives of children who learn differently and their families.
