Education: High School Student Graduate or 1-2 years of clerical/customer service experience preferred.
Position Summary: Responsible for various receptionist and clerical duties. As the front-line-employee, this role is extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide quality customer service to all patrons and employees
- Handle front desk functions during scheduled hours to include checking in guests
- Answer telephone calls professionally and with etiquette
- Account for and deposit all monies taken in at the end of shift
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk area
- Monitor lobby area to ensure no one enters other areas of the center without proper clearance
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Hands on experience with office machines (for example fax, printer etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Word)
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented
Working Environment: Often fast paced and noisy environment. Must have the ability to handle a variety of functions simultaneously.
Physical Requirements: Sitting for long periods required. Walking, standing, and stooping may be required.
Qualifications
Salary : $22,100 - $28,000
