Job Title: Full-Time Guest Services Supervisor

Reports to: Guest Services Manager
The Guest Services Supervisor administers all Guest Services staff to ensure all guests are assisted with any service issues, queries, and complaints, to provide high quality of service.

- Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
- Answer guest inquiries about all aspects of Camelback Resort.
- Review Guest Services Policies and ensure it is up to date with the most current information.
- Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the Guest Services computer systems.
- Answer phones and help guests with questions.
- Train, help and assist agents with questions and problems.
- Be able to perform and complete all tasks and duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Able to lift light up to 20lls of force occasionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Is This Job for Me:
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Hospitality experience is preferred
- At least 2 years of customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills,
- Able to communicate effectively with staff.
