We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
• Upsell products by promoting special offers and new arrivals to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance when necessary.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Pay: $5,889.00 - $7,028.00 per month
