3.0 Position Summary
Responsible for the day-to-da y billing requirement s related to inspection and t es tin g services performed by the branch es. Responsible for taking the st eps necessary to ensure that all field and
/ or laboratory data is billed and entered in the company and/or customer applications as per policies and procedures.
4.0 Minimum Requirements
• Requires a HS Degree (or equivalent) and minimum 1 year experience in billi ng systems is desired.
• Must have st rong math and computer skills and the ability to handle various tasks sim ul taneous ly.
• Experience in Petroleum and Chemical Inspection and Testing Services desired.
• Excellent commu nicat ion skills in English (must wr it e-read and be able to hold business conversations in Engli sh). Highly detail oriented.
• Experience in M icro soft Office Suit e, Edge Browser, and Goog le Documents. Ability to perform multiple tasks and work indepen dently.

6.0 Responsibilities
• Generates invoices in accounting soft ware as per the services performed and documented in each file.
• Compa res work performed with client specific billing inst ru ctions to ensure invoices are billed according to contract terms.
• Coordinates with the local branches to obt ain clarification on any billing questio ns.
• Distributes approved invoices to clients via email or subm ission via customer supplied port al.
• Generate billing report s from internal syst ems as needed to complete tasks.
• Other tasks as necessary for t he complet ion of the team's work.
