What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Specialist position at Camp Kalama RV Park?
Responsibilities:
Essential duties include:
- Guest check-in/out
- Park compliance
- Guest concerns and incident responses
- Vendor relationships and accountability
- Reporting and partnership with corporate office
- Partnership with maintenance
- Create consistent documentation
- Concierge style customer service
- Clear and effective communication with guests, visitors, peers, leadership, and vendors.
Housekeeping Responsibilities:
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
- Performing and documenting routine inspection.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Vacuuming carpets.
- Emptying trash containers.
- Dusting all surfaces.
- Deep cleaning and special projects as necessary.
- Cleaning public areas such as restrooms, showers, resort office.
- Restocking and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at the end of the shift.
- Assist with the training and development of future cleaners.
Preferred Qualifications:
The right candidates will enjoy being part of an energetic team, exceeding guest expectations, and provide a high level of hospitality with a keen attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and written
- 3 years customer service experience (hospitality a plus)
- Experience in property management preferred
