Commercial HVAC Technician
Campbell, Inc. is a 3rd generation family-owned, commercial HVAC mechanical contractor with 100 employees. We are committed to pursuing excellence with impeccable ethics and through superior performance of our industrial HVAC systems.
We are currently looking for a Commercial Service and Maintenance Technician.
Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Pay: We are a Union Shop and pay accordingly
Benefits: Based upon Union
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm - with occasional overtime and on call duties.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Minimum of OSHA 10 certification
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes or trained though the union.
- Comfortable working in high places
- Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance.
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems commercial customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- Troubleshooting - Ability to stick with a problem and solve it
- Commercial or industrial mechanical experience in building automation, plumbing and HVAC systems
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Qualifications Desired:
- HVAC Tech School certificate
- Journeyman Card
