Your Role:

In this role, you will actively market and lease available properties within our diverse portfolio, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and high resident satisfaction levels. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, and coordinating all necessary paperwork related to the leasing process. You will work closely with prospective residents, assisting them in finding their ideal home and providing exceptional support throughout the leasing journey. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showcasing and leasing available properties to prospective residents.
• Greeting and establishing rapport with potential tenants, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conducting thorough property tours, highlighting the unique features and amenities of each property.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding rental rates, lease terms, and company policies.
• Explaining leasing agreements, ensuring tenants understand all terms and obligations.
• Handling resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assisting applicants with completing rental applications and screening potential tenants.
• Coordinating lease signings and move-in/move-out processes.
• Maintaining accurate records of all leasing activities, including resident files and financial transactions.
• Collaborating with the property management team to optimize occupancy rates and resident retention.
• Contributing to the creation and implementation of effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Personable, professional and outgoing!
• Yardi Property Management Software knoweldge preferrerd but not required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must hold a valid driver's licesne and reliable form of transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
