Key Responsibilities
Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor and control building access according to security procedures
Maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery logs
Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
Answer phones and respond to basic inquiries and requests
Observe and report suspicious activity, safety issues, or policy violations
Enforce building rules and front desk procedures respectfully
Communicate with property management, maintenance, and security staff
Complete daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover notes
Assist residents with general information and directions
