What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper/Janitorial position at Campbell Property Management?
Responsibilities include, but are not
limited :
- Grounds keeping
(maintaining
plants,trees,raking,mulching,weed control and laying sod)
- Performs a variety of cleaning
duties as assigned including but not limited to sweeping, mopping,
dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and
window cleaning.
- Cleans restrooms, toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, sweeps and mops floors. Refills all dispensers such as hand towels, toilet
paper & hand soap.
Saturday & Sunday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Pay Scale: $19-$20 DOE
