Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Manager
Job Purpose: To fulfill customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Be able to answer any questions a customer may have and suggest any products or services Campgaw Mountain offers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become proficient with the mountain’s scheduling and booking software
- Understand the services, policies and procedures implemented by Campgaw
- Be able to answer phones and provide the correct, current information to customers
- Accountable for all money handling and transactions
- Responsible for cleaning of personal area and restocking as needed
- Understand all company employee policies
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast, paced environment
- Must be punctual, meticulous and reliable
Working/Physical Conditions:
- Indoors, may have limited outdoor exposure
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
