- Update and maintain vendor records
- Communicate with Vendors and reconcile accounts as necessary
- Service channel file preparation/ review
- Reviewing payables to see if they meet our CAPEX policy
- Help with day-to-day Projects
- Handling miscellaneous A/P tasks
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- 1 yrs detailed, related accounting experience -or similar industry accounting experience a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communications skills (both written and oral)
- $23 to $25 per hour
