RV Sales Associate

Camping World in Scott City, MO is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business by being a subject matter expert of inventory, assisting customers, and partnering with the dealership team. Ideal candidates will possess entrepreneurial spirit, work hard/play hard mentality and competitive nature so you can have fun and make money!

We believe that it is important to invest in your success. When you join us as a first time RV Sales Associate, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws. This is a commission-based role with an unlimited earning potential. Successful candidates could earn up to $150,000 annually based on performance. What You’ll Do:

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs

• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations

• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team

• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required,

• 2 years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.

• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license

• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information

• Valid driver's license

• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

This position is a 100% commission-based role. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000 . In certain states, you may be eligible for an hourly rate in addition to variable compensation. In California, Massachusetts and Maine will receive a minimum wage plus commissions earned. All other states will receive minimum compensation equivalent to 150% of the applicable minimum wage which offsets variable compensation.
