SEM Marketing Specialist
We are currently looking for a SEM Marketing Specialist to join Camping World's premier in-house digital marketing team. If you are looking for a new challenge with a fun work environment and an entrepreneurial culture, we ask that you please apply-we'd love to have you join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across several channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Google Data Studio
- Large project focus agility. Activate coordinators to help execute and complete projects
- Provide performance reporting on various digital marketing initiatives
- Support the development of coordinators
- Work with peers to increase skill sets
- Seek information to improve current process’s and or overall efficiency
Personality:
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business efficiency. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with company executives. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Well-presented and businesslike.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as digital marketing coordinator, SEM Coordinator, or equivalent external experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the following is a must: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Salesforce, The Trade Desk, Google Data Studio
- OTT/Programmatic experience, specifically with The Trade Desk is preferred
- Must be self-motivated team player, professional, detail orientated, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Travel, RV and or Automotive experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality.
- Outstanding creative presentation skills.
- Capacity to lead and manage more than one project simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead by example with positive attitude.
Skills and Talents for Advancement
- Able to lead campaign builds in commonly used platforms. (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Google Data Studio)
- Source and provide materials from multiple sources to organize and execute desired strategy
- Innovation – proven ability to identify trends in current space to optimize and create increased performance of existing and or new campaigns.
