The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and networks, including telephone lines, instruments, and related equipment. This includes performing tests on telephone lines and instruments, responding to service orders, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installations and Repairs: Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment and networks, including telephone lines, instruments, and related equipment.
- Service Orders: Respond to service orders for installations, troubles, upgrades, removals, or changes to a customer's residential or business telephone or video service and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, and that all necessary tests and inspections are performed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
