Candace Wagner Cleaning is currently hiring for a full-time Professional Cleaning Technician to add to our growing team of Bubble Bosses!

Our top-performing Bubble Bosses can earn $40,000 to $50,000 annually working a 40-hour week with no evenings or weekends.

Job Title: BUBBLE BOSS (Residential Cleaning Technician)

As a BUBBLE BOSS Cleaning Technician, you will be the vital link between our high quality cleaning services and our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure every cleaning appointment is executed to the highest standards, leaving our clients completely satisfied and eager to choose us again. This role requires punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence that reflects our company’s values.

Responsibilities:

• Punctual Attendance: Arrive to work on time, ready to start your day!
• Client Experience Managment: Provide an outstanding cleaning experience that exceeds our clients' expectations every time you clean.
• Knowledge of Tools and Chemicals: Master the use of a variety of cleaning tools and chemicals, understanding their applications and how to use them safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
• Continued Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on new surfaces, cleaning methods, tools, and chemicals to enhance your skill set.
• Use Effective Cleaning Techniques: Utilize efficient and effective cleaning techniques to maximize productivity and deliver exceptional cleaning results.
• Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and team members, contributing to an enjoyable work environment.
• Value Delivery: Ensure clients receive full value for the services they invest in, demonstrating the high-quality service that being a Bubble Boss represents.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow cleaning technicians, fostering a supportive team atmosphere and assisting colleagues as needed.
• Professional Conduct: Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing a Bubble Boss in a manner that aligns with our company values and mission.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential cleaning preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to take on challenges.
• Be available for full-time work (M-F 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
• Hold a current driver's license and a dependable, licensed, registered and insured vehicle to be used daily to travel between jobs.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check
