Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floor care, housekeeping management, and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met
- Handle any guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Proven experience in floor care, industrial cleaning, or custodial work
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures for handling cleaning chemicals
