Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Full/Part-Time Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties
- Assist lead teachers in planning and executing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in literacy, math, and overall childhood development.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning environment and encouraging appropriate behavior through effective behavior management techniques.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, literacy education, and early math concepts.
- Help facilitate classroom routines such as circle time, snack time, and outdoor play while ensuring safety and supervision at all times.
- Support the development of curriculum tailored for diverse learners, including Montessori-based activities or other specialized educational approaches.
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members regarding children's progress and classroom events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment to ensure a safe and welcoming space for children.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories, classroom management strategies, and behavior management techniques.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage positively with children and parents.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
