Senior Salesperson

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Senior Salesperson to identify and close leads within the wholesale cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. The ideal candidate will help clients discover and implement software solutions, while contributing to product development based on real-time feedback and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue leads for Cultivation, Manufacturing, and Distribution wholesale software solutions, with a focus on wholesale cannabis businesses in the US, Canada, and international markets.
• Offer insights and suggestions for product enhancements and strategy improvements, leveraging industry experience and customer feedback.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and assist clients in the implementation, training, and ongoing support of software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing industry connections to generate new leads, referrals, and product demos.
• Focus on emerging markets, particularly in the North East and Mid-West regions of the US, while exploring global opportunities.
• Meet financial revenue goals through effective pipeline management and consistent sales efforts, including a 2-3 month ramp-up period.
• Achieve sales milestones

Qualifications:

• Strong background and experience in the cannabis industry, especially within wholesale cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and manage software solutions, from demo to implementation.
• Proven experience in lead generation, closing deals, and developing client relationships.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines and working towards aggressive revenue targets.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to adapt and refine sales approaches based on customer needs and market trends.

Compensation: $75,000-95,000 plus commission and full benefits!
