Cannon is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Student Experience Coordinator to join our team. The Student Experience Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our students throughout their learning journey. You will be the one of many points of contact for students, ensuring their questions are answered, their concerns are addressed, and their overall experience is exceptional. This role involves collaborating across departments to improve the student journey and drive enrollment, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Student Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new students, addressing inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively communicate with students about course updates, deadlines, and additional resources.
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment to foster student success.
Onboarding & Orientation:
- Assist in onboarding new students, providing them with detailed information about the course structure, platforms, and resources.
- Conduct orientation sessions or webinars to ensure students are prepared for their learning journey.
Support Services:
- Handle all Registration, billing and payment inquiries from students
- Respond to and resolve student concerns, including technical issues, scheduling conflicts, and course access problems.
- Assist in ensuring all materials, books and online access are provided to the student as they progress through their course.
- Collaborate with the IT and instructors to troubleshoot and resolve any student related issues, either on campus or online.
- Actively manage all calendaring and scheduling of SMEs and Contractors.
Program Coordination:
- Manage all internal deadlines for course production: Course Grids, Calendars, Materials, Tests/Quizzes, Evaluations
- Monitor student progress and engagement
- Identify at-risk students and implement strategies to provide additional support.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing virtual and on campus events, such as welcome sessions, networking sessions, and other events as requested by the Director.
- Promote engagement opportunities to enhance the overall learning experience.
Sales & Marketing
- Work closely with Cannon’s Marketing and Sales Teams to promote student enrollment.
Feedback & Improvement:
- Collect feedback from students through surveys, focus groups, and direct communication.
- Analyze trends and work with the management team to improve programs and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and certification for reporting purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
