Job Requirements:
· Set-up host stand, review reservations for the shift.
· Welcome guests with a smile on their way in and thank them again on their way out the door.
· Answer telephone according to Trattoria standards.
· Take, organize and confirm reservations in person, over the phone and on-line
· Provide accurate information regarding the restaurant, and market including special events, banquet functions, promotions, etc.
· Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the floor plans, server sections, etc. OpenTable knowledge is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidates.
· Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.
Salary is based on experience and we are willing to negotiate with the right candidates.
