Salary
Clinical Trainee Base Salary:
$60, $69,478.79/annually

Canvas Health's mental health and substance use disorder providers, clinicians, and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Position Summary
This position provides a full spectrum of outpatient treatment services including assessment, group facilitation, individual and family sessions, service coordination and serving as an integral member of our chemical health treatment team. It incorporates an asset/strength-based philosophy and demands a creative use of knowledge in the delivery of cognitive behavioral interventions and the coordination of services. This position is collaborative in nature and requires working closely and being sensitive to relationships with Court Services, Social Services, chemical health providers, mental health providers, schools, managed care and various other community resources.

Forest Lake, MN
Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30p OR Mon - Thurs 11a - 9:30pm.
Minimum Qualifications
- MN LADC licensure and Rule 25 certification required
- Experience working with Court Services, Social Services and Managed Care networks required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
- Also, three years' experience in the field of chemical dependency with a minimum of two years' direct experience that includes experience in delivery of cognitive behavioral approaches, motivational interviewing and working with co-occurring disorders preferred
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems preferred
