Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a given population based upon age-specific and cultural needs.
- Coordinate the delivery of patient care for the Rehab Unit and facilitate problem-solving with staff members.
- Communicate necessary issues to nursing administration and the Program Manager.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
- Must have an active AZ or Compact LPN or LVN License.
- EHAC/ACS Training as assigned within 90 days of hire, and annually.
Salary : $80,000 - $123,000
