You will play a key role in development and support for web-based capabilities for customers across government, enterprise, and consumer. You would be responsible for the development and support for these capabilities and have exposure to our customer bases for tight iteration loops.

Cape is looking for our first Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in development and support for web-based capabilities for customers across government, enterprise, and consumer. You would be responsible for the development and support for these capabilities and have exposure to our customer bases for tight iteration loops.
Here are some ways you’ll make an impact:
- Be responsible for the full lifecycle capability development of application(s) from cradle to grave.
- Design, build, and prototype new capabilities to support business development demonstrations for new customer acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with backend, mobile, and product teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
- Balance short term critical business needs with long term product vision and roadmap.
- 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Typescript & React.
- A passion for personal privacy and national security.
- A desire to work on software that has real-world impact.
- Understanding of geospatial data and mapping applications.
- Experience with gRPC.
- Experience with cryptography.
- Experience with Github Actions.
- Iterative Builder – Create something from scratch without getting stuck in analysis-paralysis or all the ways things could go wrong. Getting to perfect is a process and you don’t start at the end.
