Who We Are:
GMA Accessories, Inc. dba Capelli New York is a major U.S. manufacturer and distributor of apparel, footwear, novelty and gift products, jewelry, ladies fashion accessories, handbags and sports/athletic apparel. We were established in 1990 and have approximately 600 employees in the U.S.A. and 2,500 employees worldwide. We have offices in the U.S.A., China, Hong Kong, Germany, UK and Bangladesh. Our U.S. warehouse facilities are located in New Jersey for east coast distribution and California for west coast distribution.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a driven Customer Service for our Distribution Center in Secaucus, NJ. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented person who is a problem solver, takes initiative, possesses great communication skills, has the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoys the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
· Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with other departments such as inventory and shipping to streamline processes.
· Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our fashion products and services.
· Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in order processing or warehouse operations preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
· Ability to lift and move products as needed; must be physically fit.
