Must Have:
  • 10 years experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud, OICS etc
  • Developing the Enterprise Architecture and coordinating architecture plans
  • Assisting in aligning business and enterprise initiatives with the Enterprise Architecture
  • Working knowledge of Cloud Configuration
  • 5-10 years of project management experience
  • Professional Certificates: Cloud Certification, Agile Leadership Network, Agile Alliance, SCRUM Alliance
  • Negotiating skills across project teams and vendors; coaches others
  • Demonstrated ability managing results, follow-through, managing schedule, resources, overcoming obstacles to achieve outcomes
  • Ability to resolve team conflicts
  • Skilled in matrix management
  • Familiarity with business transformation and experience managing business objectives and requirements to technical solutions
  • At least 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Experience with large, global, complex projects including Oracle Cloud Transformation is highly desirable
Nice to have:
  • Experience designing overall Oracle Cloud solution including complementary vendors and integrations based on business requirements and impact on boundary systems
  • Work with project managers to ensure accurate scoping timely delivery of projects—estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plan incorporating all project variables including risk.
  • Lead the translation of the client's business goals, objectives, and requirements into systems design
  • Review and/or develop technical design documents to ensure completeness and feasibility with the overall ERP solution
  • Review and/or develop techincal specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solution
  • Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure configuration and development activities meet the solution requirements
  • Assist with application configuration choices and decisions
  • Design architecture for scalability, high-availability, performance, flexibility, operational efficiency, security and maintainability.
  • Offer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilities
  • Use technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovations
  • Define solution footprint for prospects, either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessions
  • Lead cross-functional, cross-technology solution design discussions
  • Act as a mentor to Leads and Analysts

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Enterprise Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology. They go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by IT. Enterprise Architects define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation. They make an initial grouping of services in components, using principles based on objectives and constraints. They have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards, and can work at the boardroom and senior management level.

Required Skills and Experience:

You work with clients to build a holistic view of the strategy, processes, information and information technology assets for their organization. You lead enterprise solutions for a complete project or lead team(s) across multiple projects. You lead the integration of project solutions and technical governance.

  • Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certification: Has / seeking IAF level 1.
  • Should have experience in Functional Architecture Design.
  • Should be proficient in Business Knowledge, Integration & Orchestration, Technical Solution Design, Risk & Quality Management.
  • Should have progressing knowledge in Business Analysis & Software Engineering.
