CCapio Group is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect!
Full-time employee - Sacramento (remote for the foreseeable future)

Scope of Work:
The consultant will be working in a team (Senior Software Engineer and Technical Architect) to provide maintenance, system enhancements and additions, aesthetic and functional changes, upgrade services, and knowledge transfer for the required components in the Client’s Broadband Grant Portal (Portal).
The team is expected to perform the following task including but not limited to:
Task 1 – Maintenance and Operations
The team shall maintain the Client’s Broadband Portal, when necessary. Maintenance and Operations will include:
- Monitoring system performance
- Bug/Defect fixes
- Troubleshooting incidents
- Security updates
- American with Disability Act (ADA) compliancy updates
Task 2 – Upgrades and Enhancements
The team shall upgrade and enhance the Client’s Broadband Portal when requested. Upgrades are defined as work performed to enhance existing functionality, provide new functionality, or bring the system up to date to improve its operability and maintainability. Upgrade/enhancements include:
- System enhancements
- Aesthetic and functional changes
Task 3 – Coding Implementation
The team shall perform the following, when requested by the Client:
- Code Walk-thru
- Deploying code changes to all environments (Non-Production to Production)
- Save all source code changes to GitHub.
- Rollback Plan
- User guides
- Document workflow process
Task 4 –Knowledge Transfer
The team shall provide technical knowledge transfer to Client IT staff for all maintenance and support work performed. This task will include:
- Step by step instructions for the work performed.
- Technical documentation of the changes that were made to the application code, database, and/or supporting infrastructure.
- Technical documentation required for the maintenance of the system, when applicable.
- Shadowing for Client IT staff to observe/verify the work performed by the team, remotely or on site at the Client location.
The Contractor shall create a Detail System Design Document.
- Portal application configuration changes
- Data dictionary of all objects (common and custom) created or used
- In the Portal apps
- All fields (common object and custom) used in the Portal application
- Data Model and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)
- Profiles (both custom and common)
- Roles
- All triggers
- All process/workflows
- Apex code
- Community portal information
- Profiles and roles
- Sharing rules
- Report and dashboard
- Community portal information
Task 5 – Training
The team must provide training in the following:
- Web based training of revised and reorganized changes.
- Web based Administrative Training of revised and reorganized changes.
- Training for Cient Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) Personnel to ensure the department is fully equipped to resolve issues, update code, and provide resources to its users.
- Will provide web-based training for business users for new implementations and changes
Mandatory Experience:
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in systems development, analysis, programming, or testing.
Minimum of six (6) years of technology and industry experience, including large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Minimum of five (5) years database, application, and network technologies.
Requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the diploma must be provided upon request.
Requires relevant Salesforce cloud certifications including one (1) or more of the following:
Administrator
Advanced Administrator
Sales Cloud Consultant
Service Cloud Consultant
Platform Application Builder
A copy of the certification must be provided upon request.A reference must be provided for each project cited to be applicable to MQ 1 - 3

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
