Job Overview:
In a Real Estate Agent role, you will be the face of our business and responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience. As a trusted advisor, you are the principal point of contact for clients going through the home buying and selling process. You will work in a dynamic team environment of other mortgage, real estate, and insurance professionals. Many of our team members are dual licensed and have cross-trained in multiple departments. Qualifications:
The Real Estate Agent must have confidence and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Strong communication skills that are proactive and organized are paramount for agent and client success. Analytical skills are necessary as the agent will develop valuation and negotiating competencies. Additional qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree, or candidates with some college and an active real estate license will be considered
- Proven client service and relationship-building skills.
- Proven professionalism, ethics, and character.
