We are currently hiring for pool servers. Applicants for this position should be seeking full-time employment and have open availability. This position is in our outdoor dining areas and pool facilities which service our members.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years of server/wait staff experience. Experience in private clubs and/or fine dining a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a team.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to accurately read and input data into our point-of-sale system.
- A high-energy and fun-loving personality with a positive attitude!
WORK SCHEDULE
Shifts vary, but applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must commit to full-time hours (30+ hours/week), including long days and late nights. Must have an open summer schedule with no long-term vacation plans or anticipated leaves of absence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotes an attitude of teamwork and volunteers to assist other team members both on the floor and with any assigned tasks.
- Completes all daily and weekly opening/closing sidework.
- Attends all staff meetings and trainings, including daily pre-shift lineup.
- Learns and develops proficiency with Northstar POS system.
- Follows and adheres to CCC service standards and consistently strives to provide world-class service.
- Assists and is cross-trained in other dining venues around the Club to help CCC as needed.
- Presents menus to members and guests and takes orders, being willing and confident to answer any questions and make personal recommendations.
- Learns and maintains knowledge of all menu items and scores highly on all menu quizzes/tests.
- Learns and maintains knowledge of all beverage offerings and scores highly on all beverage quizzes/tests.
- Manages section/tables, paying attention to cleanliness and order.
- Communicates with members and teammates professionally and handles any complaints/problems with a positive attitude.
- Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor.
COMPENSATION
- $14-$16/hour
- Commission: up to 10% on sales
