What We’re Searching For
Capital is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in the success of our concrete and masonry projects. We are looking for a forward-looking professional who shares our commitment to excellence and aligns with our values.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinating with superintendents and customers to understand project requirements, expectations and timeliness
- Lead a dedicated team of job superintendents, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination and successful execution.
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to develop comprehensive and competitive project estimates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for additional projects
What You Need:
- 3-5 Years of experience in construction project management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline is a plus.
- Working Knowledge of construction processes
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
