Description
We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! The Valet can many times set the tone for a guest’s arrival or departure from our hotels! Your role can be the first point of contact our guests have as they begin their hospitality experience. This means your responsibility to have interaction with our guests is vital. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference. Role Responsibilities:
Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Assist guests with luggage
Park guests vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot in a safe and responsible manner.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid state driver’s license, successfully pass a Department of Motor Vehicles report and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.
Hospitality industry experience preferred.
21 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
