Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at Capital One. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems.

  • Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for our customers.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
  • You have experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go.
  • You are passionate about mentoring other members of the engineering community and sharing your knowledge.

Salary : $193,400 - $220,700
