Admitting Clerk / Receptionist
Capital Region Ambulatory Surgery Center (The Bone and Joint Center) is currently seeking candidates for an Admitting Clerk / Receptionist.
The applicant must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills to provide a high level of customer service, as well as a welcoming, professional, and courteous environment for our patients. A successful candidate will have at least 1 year of medical office experience, strong computer skills, knowledge of insurance verification of benefits, patient collections and ability to explain insurance and patient financial responsibility.
Candidate will work with our Front Desk Admitting Clerk in providing a welcoming, professional, and courteous environment for our patients. The Admitting Clerk / Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls and directing the calls to the appropriate personnel.
Position is full-time days, Monday through Friday. Position starts at 6:00am.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
