Capital Region OBGYN is seeking an LPN or Medical Assistant to join our team! We are seeking a compassionate and motivated person to join us in caring for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer care to patients present in the office
- Preparing patient charts
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Make phone calls to patients regarding test results, in office procedures or surgical scheduling
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Routine phlebotomy and injection administration
Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited LPN program required
- Experience using electronic medical records
- General knowledge of computer usage
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Hours:
Monday-Friday approximately 30-40 hours/week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
