Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks to the highest level of satisfaction, following directions from the crew leader.
- Continuously learn and develop the necessary knowledge to complete every job assigned.
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and materials correctly and safely.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Tower Tech or Civil worker.
- Ability to travel up to 6 weeks at a time nationwide, followed by 7-10 days off.
- Must be able to work at height for extended periods of time and in all weather conditions (Tower Tech).
- Experience operating skid steer, mini x, or a trencher, and some experience with concrete (Civil).
- Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment tests, including drug test, physical examination, and certification training.
- Ability to obtain certifications such as CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 10, RF Radiation Safety & Awareness, and Authorized Climber/Rescue.
Compensation
Starting Pay: $65,000 a year, determined by experience. With annual performance bonuses.
