Job Description - Non-Exempt
Position Title: Contracts Processor
Reports To: Administrative Lead/Administrative Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Purpose
The Contracts Processor processes all contracts and credit reports, as well as reports credit standings, submits applications for credit via Bank of America, and verifies proper equity while making certain all sales staff comply with company policies.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Types up and verifies all contracts
- Runs credit reports and reports the resulting information
- Maintains inventory reports
- Verifies and discloses results from equity reports
- Compiles files
- Maintains accounting for monies received
- Completes all other duties assigned
General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Prior Administrative experience
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Computer literate Microsoft Excel, Word, and all basic computer programs
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
