Position Overview:
As a Finance Manager at Capitol Chevrolet, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, providing exceptional financing solutions to our customers. You will oversee the financial process, helping customers secure financing, and work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless experience. Your expertise in automotive finance, strong communication skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to determine their financing needs and present the best options available.
• Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive rates and terms for customers.
• Process loan applications, credit checks, and financing paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist customers in understanding their financial options and ensure compliance with all legal and dealership requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive finance or a similar financial management role.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive finance products and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an energetic and customer-focused attitude.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and financial targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
