Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Coordinator at Capitol City Produce in Baton Rouge, LA. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity with HR experience helpful
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Professionalism including the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Ability to perform at an intermediate or advanced level with Google Suite or MS Office
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, conscientious and efficient
