CAPS Collaborative is seeking applicants for the position of Speech Language Pathologist. The CCC-SLP provides consultation and/or direct therapy services, completes initial and tri-annual evaluations, develops and oversees implementation of IEP goals and objectives and utilizes effective curriculum materials and behavior management strategies for a manageable caseload. ** Caseloads may include districts such as Leominster, Winchendon, Orange and other nearby districts.About us:CAPS Collaborative will work in partnership with districts to provide programs and services of the highest quality. Service provision includes both direct and consultative approaches.Responsibilities: Evaluation and screenings using both informal and standardized testing in Speech/Language.Generate IEP goals to reflect needs determined through evaluation.Attend scheduled meetings.Provide direct services as indicated on IEPProvide indirect consultative services with teachers and parents as indicated on IEP.Provide in-service workshops and professional development as requested.Supervise SLPA's and/or Graduate students.Travel between schools and programs as deemed necessary.Monthly Medicaid submittal on eligible students.Maintain professional boundaries and ensure student/staff confidentiality as appropriate within the educational teamContribute to professional growth and collaboration by staying informed on current literature/resources in the field and actively participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities Candidate requirements:Master's Degree with certification of Clinical Competence from ASHAEducator licensure in Speech/Language Massachusetts Assistive Technology Background a plusPhysical Requirements:Able to navigate all areas of the school quickly including indoor and outdoor areas.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary : $47,940 - $93,040
