As the Team Coordinator, you will be coordinating the care team for clients. Managing and directing to help provide exemptional care in assisting the clients remain safely at home.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
- Ability to travel up to 15% of time
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff scheduling for all staff members.
- Provide support and assistance to management personnel.
- Open/close the facility and assist in other daily tasks as needed.
- Assist in daily office operations as well as any other duties associated with the management of an executive assistant position.
- Maintain office supplies, document filing, etc., in an accurate and complete manner to comply with organizational policies and procedures as well as with external standards and standards governing staff access.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
