Capstone Homes Land Development is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our Land Team. In this role, you will be responsible for governmental land entitlements, community design, coordination of engineering plans, and development of land into finished residential lots. Your work will have a direct impact on the profitable supply of new affordable homes by Capstone. Our ideal candidate will be an outgoing self-starter who cares about people and is passionate about efficient and innovative processes for developing land.
