Outlying Technician 3 will need the skills of an Outlying Tech 1 and 2 and have the ability to run all outlying equipment. Technicians will be trained on tailings storage facility (TSF) deposition equipment, have the ability to determine tailings deposition strategies, take appropriate actions as needed to build TSF’S to design and to ensure the safety and stability of the TSF’s. Pioneering new roads and basic understanding of pipe maintenance and installation of pipe systems (tailings distribution systems).

- Basic Understanding of Maintenance and Installation of Pipe Systems
- Have Outlying Technician 1-2 Skills
Outlying Technician 2
- Ability to Maintain Mine Site Roads, Berms and Drainage Systems
- Operate Dozers
- Operate Loaders
- Operate Forklift
- Operate Excavator
- Ability to Operate Equipment to Design
- Utilize SAP for Work Order Requests
- Pushing Coarse and Fine Ore Using Semi-Autonomous Technology
- Ability to Operate All Tailings Deposition Equipment
- Perform and Assist with Mechanical Repairs as Needed
- Ability to Determine Tailings Deposition and Take Appropriate Action
- Visual Inspection for Compliance with Regulating Agency Requirements
