Description
Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, Turn Help/Maintenance employees are responsible for general office, administrative and unit turnover duties to provide a high level of customer service to our current and future residents.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by the supervisory personnel.
- Ensure property grounds and/or hallways are free of debris and trash
- Assist in the removal and replacement of furniture throughout the property
- Paint curbs, parking spaces, hallways, stairwells, and other community locations as directed
- Paint internal bedroom, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. as directed
- Assist with general maintenance items within units to ensure a successful move-in for tenants
- Inspect and ensure that units are to standards for move-in
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate required Business or Trade School preferred
