We have an immediate opening for a Senior Operations Research Analyst who will support Project Overmatch in San Diego, CA. This will be a high visibility position for Capstone Research Corporation with a significant opportunity for growth. Salary for this position will depend on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support high-visibility critical aspects of Project Overmatch.
- Develop and assist in execution of system architecture and design, systems documentation, systems requirements, and systems verification.
- Provide direct systems analytical support and coordinate services with team members to serve the technical needs of the program. Develop and execute integrated test plans for the efforts.
- Manage the effort to include staffing and associated budget.
- Coordinate efforts of multiple government and industry partners, to include Coalition partners.
- Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to high-ranking Government stakeholders.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Project Overmatch by identifying customer needs and revenue sources that can be leveraged with company capabilities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test, incorporating complex threat scenarios.
- Experience running complex system of systems programs/projects across their lifecycle from concept definition through fielding and sustainment.
- Experience with and in-depth knowledge of DoD operations, concepts, and technologies.
- Ability to grow technical efforts and take on task leadership for the Company.
- Good problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel 6-12 trips per year with multiple destinations
- Secret Security Clearance; Top Secret preferred..
- BS in STEM (MS Preferred) with 10 years of technical and project management experience.
- BS and MS may be substituted with requisite years of experience in related fields.
- Must be US Citizen
