Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a District Manager/General Manager at Capstone Restaurant Group in St Louis, MO. The role involves overseeing restaurant operations, managing budgets, implementing company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience in restaurant management, financial analysis, and staff development
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends
